Southern Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans corned beef hash
4 eggs
4 slices white bread
2 c. cooked grits
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Line slightly greased casserole with bread.
Spread hash over bread.
Make 4 deep indentations in hash with spoon.
Spoon cooked grits into holes.
Gently break one egg into each \"hole\" over grits.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until eggs are cooked to desired.
