Mexican Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together with whisk.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
While cake is warm, blend frosting ingredients and spread on warm cake.
