Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust
2 Eggs
1 x 16 oz. can Solid pack pumpkin
3/4 c. Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ground ginger
1/4 tsp. Ground cloves
1 x 12 oz. can Evaporated milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0f. 220\u00b0c. gas mark 7. In a large bowl beat the eggs lightly then stir in the rest of the ingredients in the order given. Pour into the pie crust, bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0f. 180\u00b0c.
gas mark 4 and cook for a further 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
