Marinated Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French-cut beans
    1 can sliced carrots
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. safflower oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. or dash of cayenne
    grated onion
    1 can English peas, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 bunch celery, chopped
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients and set overnight in refrigerator. Drain well the next day and add the balance of recipe.
    Before serving, mix with a small amount of mayonnaise.
