Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 2/3 c. (large can) Carnation milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Place in unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 15 minutes.
Lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for about 35 minutes or until custard is firm.
