Grandma Madden'S Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 lb. powdered sugar
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs until stiff.
    Add vanilla, then sugar, a little at a time, until no longer sticky.
    Roll out on table with powdered sugar, using a handful at a time.
    Spread on peanut butter and roll up.
    Refrigerate to chill.
    Then slice into pieces.
    Put in a plastic container to store.
