Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 medium bag baby carrots
Preparation

Boil or steam carrots until done.
Melt butter on low heat. Stir in sugar, cornstarch and seasonings.
Cook and stir until thick.
Pour over drained carrots.
