Easy Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 c. grated sharp or extra sharp cheese
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 Tbsp. finely grated pecans
Preparation
    Combine Bisquick, sausage and cheese.
    Roll into small balls and bake for 12 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until brown and crusty.
    Let cheese get to room temperature before mixing.
    For a different flavor, add a very small amount of finely, grated onion to mixture.
