Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream-style corn
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 can green chilies
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. corn meal
2 eggs
1 tsp. garlic
Preparation
-
Mix together all except chilies and cheese.
Put 1/2 mix in layer.
Top with chilies and cheese.
Add another layer.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour.
