Fried Potatoes And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 potatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 slices bacon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon in a large skillet until crisp.
    Place bacon on a paper towel and leave drippings in skillet.
    Pare and slice or dice potatoes; wash in cold water and drain well.
    Cut potatoes in even size pieces.
    Put onion and potatoes in skillet with bacon drippings; salt and pepper to taste.
    Fry, turning often so they cook and brown evenly.
    When cooked, add crumbled bacon, turning to mix in bacon.
