No Peek Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. stew meat
2 medium onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. tapioca
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 to 5 medium potatoes, diced
2 c. carrots
1 c. celery
2 c. V-8 juice
Preparation

Layer in roaster in order; cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours. Don't peek during cooking time.
