Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. quick-cooking oats
    1 carrot, shredded
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add milk, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and onion powder; mix well.
    Stir in oats, carrot and parsley.
    Combine beef and pork; add to egg mixture and mix well.
    Press into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Top with ketchup. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until no pink remains.
    Drain. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
