Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 3/4 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
2/3 c. fresh lemon juice *
3/4 sesame or tahini paste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
pita bread, sliced into 1 1/2-inch strips
Preparation

In food processor or blender, combine beans, lemon juice, tahini paste, garlic salt and pepper until smooth.
Add olive oil and mix well.
