Potato Salad(Italy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Italian salad dressing
1 c. mayonnaise
6 c. boiled potatoes, cubed
1/4 c. ripe olives, chopped
1/4 c. celery, thinly sliced

Preparation

Combine salad dressing mix with mayonnaise.
Blend in warm potatoes, celery and olives.
Chill.
Serves 8.
