Reid'S Red Hot Chicken Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. vinegar
2 Tbsp. red pepper
3 oz. Texas Pete
1 Tbsp. black ground pepper
2 oz. concentrated lemon juice
1 pt. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
4 oz. ketchup
1 oz. sugar
1 chicken, cut up

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly together, except chicken. Marinate chicken for 8 hours before serving.
Cook on gas grill at lowest heat setting for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Baste with sauce frequently.
