Orange Chicken And Rice Wok - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. chicken filets, cut in strips
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok and stir-fry chicken until browned.
    Drain. Reduce heat and stir in combined mayonnaise, juice and brown sugar. Add rice and green pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat. Add orange and pineapple.
    Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes so that the rice will \"process\".
    Makes 4 servings.
    Recipe can be doubled.
