Orange Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
grated rind and juice of 1 orange
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add butter, egg, milk and sugar; stir until moistened.
Stir in orange rind and juice. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yields about 6 muffins.
