Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 c. chicken stock
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. slivered cooked chicken
Preparation

Cook green pepper and onion in oil until tender (not brown). Blend in cornstarch with small amount of chicken stock and add remaining stock and soy sauce.
Stir in chicken.
Cook and stir until sauce is clear and thickened.
Add tomatoes (cut in thin wedges).
Serve over rice.
