Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 14 oz. can salmon
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    3 cups Special K cereal
    3 eggs
    milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Drain salmon and save liquid. Mix flaked salmon, onion and red pepper. Add milk to salmon liquid until it measures 3/4 cup. Butter loaf pan. Beat eggs. Add salmon liquid with milk and eggs to salmon mixture. Add Special K cereal. Mix lightly. Bake in oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
