Overnight Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
    1/2 c. grated processed cheese
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    6 to 8 eggs
Preparation
    A day ahead, layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Beat eggs and stir in mustard, salt and milk.
    Pour over ingredients in dish.
    Cover and refrigerate. Next morning, bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve while still puffy.
