Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Make a syrup of sugar, water, butter and salt.
In a greased casserole, place whole or sliced cooked potatoes.
Pour syrup over potatoes.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes. Baste often.
