Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers, with juice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 c. coarsely chopped summer squash (yellow or zucchini)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil and Bisquick.
    Stir in peppers, onion, garlic and cheese.
    Stir in squash.
    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray or oil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
