Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 to 6 mashed bananas
    2 stiff beaten egg whites
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 lb. butter
    4 tsp. baking soda
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add egg yolks, then bananas and vanilla to creamed mixture.
    Add vinegar and milk to make buttermilk.
    Then add baking soda.
    Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Gradually add flour.
    Fold in egg whites last.
    Pour in greased loaf pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
