Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained
4 (6 x 4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Place chicken in single layer in greased baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spoon sauerkraut over chicken.
Arrange cheese over sauerkraut.
Pour dressing over top. Cover pan and bake about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
