Chicken Ala Ellyn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken breasts, deboned
    1 can pineapple rings
    1/2 c. flour
    sandwich ham, sliced
    Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Pound each breast flat.
    Pat with flour and fry in oil until golden brown.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Top each breast with 1 slice of ham, 1 ring of pineapple and 1 slice of cheese (in that order).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is hot and bubbly and slightly browned, about 15 minutes.
