Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crushed cornflakes
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 lb. chicken, cut into 8 pieces and skin taken off
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Coat roasting pan with cooking spray.
Mix crumbs, parsley, salt and peppers in bowl.
Brush chicken with melted butter.
Roll in crumb mixture.
Put in pan and bake 24 minutes.
Turn chicken over and bake 20 minutes longer.
Makes 6 servings.
