Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (20 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sliced onion
    1/3 c. green pepper strips
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips, 3 to 4 inches long and 1 inch wide. Heat oil in skillet and brown meat.
    Pour off fat.
    Add drained pineapple.
