Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bread dough, thawed and allowed to rise
    3 green peppers
    2 onions
    1/2 hot Italian sausage
    1/2 sweet Italian sausage
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Fry sausage, peppers and onions, then drain it.
    Roll out dough to fit the cookie sheet; spread melted butter on top.
    Spread sausage, peppers and onions on top, then sprinkle with cheese. Roll it up like a jelly roll, large side first.
    Place the seam on the bottom, then brush with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
