Dutch Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. boiling water
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. white sugar
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oatmeal and shortening.
    Let cool. Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
