Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. buttermilk or sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can creamed-style corn
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Grease and flour Pyrex dish or iron skillet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
