Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 1/4 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pie shell
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and 1 cup sugar.
    Add flour.
    Add egg yolks, water, vinegar and vanilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes in uncooked pie shell.
    Cover with meringue made with whites of egg and remaining sugar.
