Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    mushrooms
    Parks sausage
    salt and pepper
    grated cheese (handful)
    bread crumbs (handful)
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    oil
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems; chop stems.
    Fry Parks sausage; drain.
    In a bowl, mix stems, sausage and diced Mozzarella.
    Add grated cheese, parsley and bread crumbs; toss. Fill caps.
    Drizzle oil on them.
    Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
