Cranberry Crunch Molded Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. raspberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add cold water and lemon juice.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Add remaining ingredients.
Place mixture in 2-quart mold.
Chill until firm. Unmold just before serving.
