Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    9 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed on the package.
    Saute the onion in margarine.
    Mix spinach and onion in a large bowl.
    Add eggs, cheese and stuffing mix.
    Season to taste.
    Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
