Lillian'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend together oil, eggs, sugar, carrots and walnuts; set aside.
    Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix together sifted ingredients with other mixture that was set aside. Blend all together well.
    Bake in a greased and floured 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
