Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg or allspice
1/8 tsp. cloves
2 slightly beaten eggs
Preparation

Cook pumpkin.
Wash and cut in half crosswise.
Remove seeds and strings.
Place it in a pan, shell side up, and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or more, depending on size, until it is tender and begins to fall apart.
Scrape the pulp from the shell and put it through a ricer, strainer or blender.
