Diabetic Chocolate Chip Mint Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baked pastry shell
    2 pkg. vanilla sugar-free cook pudding mix
    1 qt. skim milk
    1 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
    4 drops green food coloring
    1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
    1 c. prepared nondairy whipped topping
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix, milk, flavoring and food coloring in a saucepan.
    Stir to dissolve pudding mix.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until a full boil.
    Set aside and let cool.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Pour in pastry shell.
    Refrigerate until cool.
    Decorate with whipped topping.
