Danish Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. red cabbage
4 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. grape juice*
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Cut cabbage into julienne strips.
Melt butter in large skillet or electric frypan.
Add cabbage and other ingredients.
Cook until liquid is absorbed and cabbage is tender.
