Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 finely chopped onions
    2 c. rice
    1 can beef broth
    1 can beef consomme
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add rice to beef broth and consomme.
    Pour in butter and onions and season to taste.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
