Soft Boiled Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa.
    Cover and cook until boiling point is reached.
    Boil to soft ball stage.
    Add flavoring.
    Cool without stirring to room temperature.
    Beat until mixture is creamy and thick and will hold its shape when dropped from a teaspoon.
    Pour into well-buttered shallow pan.
