Squmpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. cooked mashed pumpkin or squash
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and spices into a bowl; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl; blend well, using rotary beater.
Add pumpkin mixture all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Test with toothpick or cake tester to make sure bread is done.
Remove from pan; cool completely.
