Spanish Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    1 large ham bone or ham hock with meat
    3 pkg. pepperoni (double row)
    4 to 5 links smoked sausage, sliced
    4 to 5 links kielbasa sausage, sliced
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1/2 to 1 tsp. saffron (to taste)
    4 to 5 cans garbanzo beans
    7 lb. diced white potatoes
Preparation
    Start cooking ham bone or hock in 2 quarts water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 4 to 5 hours.
