White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2/3 c. light brown sugar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 extra large eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    24 oz. white chocolate chips
    1 (7 oz.) jar chopped Macadamia nuts (salted)
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugars. Add vanilla and eggs.
    Mix flour, baking soda and salt together in a separate bowl.
    Mix the two together.
    Stir in chips and nuts.
    Line a cookie sheet with a brown paper bag or parchment paper.
    This will keep the cookies from \"running\" and being too thin (this is very important). Drop cookies by the teaspoonful onto paper.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 11 minutes.
    Don't overcook.
    No need to re-line pan with new paper for subsequent batches, just re-use paper.
