Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4-8 cooked, skinned chicken breasts, cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1- 8 oz. container sour cream
2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
2-3 tsp. poppy seed
2 sticks oleo, melted
Preparation

Mix oleo, 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds and crushed crackers.
Place in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish.
Layer cut up chicken on top of crackers.
Mix soup, sour cream and 1 Tbsp. poppy seed in a bowl. Spread on top of chicken.
Top with 1 or 2 crushed crackers.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour uncovered.
Can be served as is or on top of noodles.
