Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 can consomme or beef bouillon
    1/2 pkg. slivered almonds
    1 small can mushrooms (undrained)
    3/4 c. raw rice
    small onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and saute until clear. Add almonds, celery and rice; cook for 2 minutes. Pour consomme or bouillon and undrained mushrooms into skillet. Transfer to covered casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
