Scalloped Tuna And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/4 c. flour
4 Tbsp. mustard
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 c. thinly sliced onions
Preparation

Cook sliced potatoes in water for 10 minutes; drain (set aside).
Add milk, salt, pepper and butter in saucepan.
Add flour.
Mix until smooth and mixture thickens.
Take off stove. Arrange potatoes, tuna and onions in alternate layers in greased 2 quart casserole.
Pour sauce overall.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until onions are soft.
Cover with lid.
