No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef stew meat
    3 to 4 potatoes
    3 to 4 carrots
    3 to 4 celery stalks
    1 large onion
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. red cooking wine
    salt, pepper and garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut meat and vegetables into medium chunks.
    Put all ingredients in covered roasting pan.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 1/2 hours.
    You may stir stew during the last hour to check on it. Also, add water, if needed, and adjust seasonings.
