Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
    8 peaches, peeled and sliced
    9-inch baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Mix sugar with cornstarch in a pan.
    Add water.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and clear.
    Add gelatin to mixture and stir until dissolved.
    Chill until partially thickened.
    Place peaches in pie shell and cover with gelatin mixture.
    Chill until firm. Garnish with whipped cream.
    Delicious!
