Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 can La Victoria enchilada sauce
1 can black olives, sliced
1 can Ortega green diced chilies
1 pkg. prepared Spanish Rice-A-Roni
1 can refried beans
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. grated Jack cheese
Preparation

Put enchilada sauce on bottom of 8 1/2 x 12-inch pan.
Coat tortilla with sauce, then layer everything in order on tortilla and roll up.
Lay in pan, side by side.
Put remaining sauce on top and remaining cheeses.
Cook for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cheese is melted.
These freeze well, too.
