Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes (12 medium)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and mash with electric beater.
    Add cream cheese and sour cream.
    Beat at high speed.
    Add salt and pepper. Spoon in a greased dish or pan. Dot with butter and dust with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
